Responsibilities:

As our Office Girl cum Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our office. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Serving Tea and Coffee: Providing refreshments to our staff and office visitors to ensure their comfort.

2. Daily Office Cleaning: Ensuring that our office premises remain clean and organized on a daily basis.

3. Supply Management: Monitoring and managing the use of office equipment and supplies efficiently.

4. Visitor and Employee Support: Assisting visitors and employees with their queries or requests, promoting a welcoming atmosphere.

5. Equipment Maintenance: Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment as needed.

6. Document Handling: Managing electronic files and papers to support office operations.

7. Assisting Office Staff: Completing various menial tasks required by the office staff to enhance overall productivity.

8. Premises Maintenance: Keeping the office premises and kitchen area clean and organized.

9. Adherence to Instructions: Executing tasks assigned by superiors with diligence and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an office aide or in a similar role (Preferred).
• Proficiency in English (Preferred).

Additional Information:

• Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
• Salary: AED 2,000.00 - AED 2,300.00 per month
• Location: Dubai - Reliable commuting or relocation before starting work is required.
